Everything was good but our car broke down on the first day not to get to the hotel in pattaya. Good thing it didn't happen on the highway. But the next day we were provided with another car better and everything went well!

Checkout and refund with no problems. Got in touch with Joey through WA. The car is horrible. I knew it would be 2016 and not 2022, never would have checked out such an old horrible car! Yellow dim headlights, no Bluetooth, only radio and CD. No climate control, no rear seat air conditioning. Rumble in the cabin the whole way like an AN-24 airplane.

It went well in the beginning, they even extended our lease for one day. However, an unpleasant situation arose at the end. We were informed that we had to leave the car and put the keys on the wheel, instead of handing over the car in person. We made a deposit of 20,000 rubles. A few days later we were informed that there was a scratch on the bottom of the car. The scratch is quite noticeable, if it had been done by us, we would have definitely felt it or noticed it. As a result, we were charged 10,000 roubles from the deposit. It seems that this is not the first time this situation has happened, and customers are regularly charged for the same scratch.
