everything went more or less successfully, except for the fact that because of traffic jams we arrived to rent the car at 18 hours with pennies, and we were fined 1700 baht due to some different reasons, which exceeded the two-day additional rent. It left an unpleasant residue.

I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). The rest of the stuff credit card guarantees etc can be done online prior to the delivery. Tks

I would like to leave my review. I rented a car for 25 days, drove 3550 km all over Thailand. I received the car at Bangkok airport and handed it over there. There were no problems when I received the car and when I handed it in. I liked everything , I would recommend to use their services . My rating is 5 out of 5 !
