The order was processed quickly and the guys who were supposed to deliver the car wrote to us on WhatsApp. A very nice guy and a girl came, we looked at the car, recorded all the existing damage on video. On the spot the guys gave us something like a contract and kept one copy, talked through all the terms and conditions and communicated very politely. We were happy to drive around the island the same day and a few days later they asked for confirmation of the car. Everything was super prompt and the contract was honored by both parties, so we were very pleased with everything, thank you very much!

All in all, it's fine. Let's run through a couple of things: 1) I was given a different car than the one I booked. Yes, you will say that I was given a similar one. But it was critical that I was given the exact one I booked. That's what I booked in advance for. Not actually 2) Paying for parking at the airport - I was not warned that I had to pay for it. I did not have money - I went again, exchanged currency, spent a lot of extra time on it.

I drove for a month without a single problem, everything was great! Once only burst a tire, local Thais stopped and helped, then I called the owner and he solved everything literally in a couple of hours. I didn't have to pay anything and was back on the road in two hours. I was very satisfied! I will definitely contact you again, everything is honest, convenient and no fuss.
