I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.

Yellow dim headlights, no Bluetooth, only radio and CD. No climate control, no rear seat air conditioning. Rumble in the cabin the whole way like an AN-24 airplane.

I drove for a month without a single problem, everything was great! Once only burst a tire, local Thais stopped and helped, then I called the owner and he solved everything literally in a couple of hours. I didn't have to pay anything and was back on the road in two hours. I was very satisfied! I will definitely contact you again, everything is honest, convenient and no fuss.

We rented a car in Thailand through takecars.com. The choice of cars is convenient, all information is on the site. For more information you can directly write to the lessor. My question was answered quickly. I liked that the website clearly states what is included in the rental amount and the type of insurance. There is no mileage restriction and we did not have to pay extra for the possibility of traveling to other provinces of Thailand (other similar sites asked a lot of extra for this), as we traveled to Phuket, for us it was a significant plus. We received our car at the airport in Bangkok. Everything went quickly, clearly, without overlaps. We were sent accurate information about the meeting place and the amount of extra payment in baht (we paid for the car through the website in rubles). The car itself was not new (year of manufacture is indicated on the site), with small dents on the body, which were fixed during the transfer. The chassis, of course, requires repair, something occasionally knocked, but it did not prevent us on the road. To be fair, it should be said that it was the cheapest car of this brand from those offered on the site. The return was also quick and hassle free. We did not contact support, there was no need. Overall: the impression from booking on the website and the process of handing over the car is positive (5 out of 5), the car is not in the best technical condition (3 out of 5).

We drove almost 3 thousand kilometers with one small breakdown, which was eliminated in a couple of hours in the service.
