I liked everything. Upon arrival, a company employee came to the parking lot right away, pointed out all the imperfections in the car’s paintwork, and showed me where they were noted in the contract. He also advised me on the paperwork. The only thing was that I had to pay 20 baht for the car when leaving the parking lot. That’s acceptable. The car was good, fuel-efficient, and in excellent mechanical condition. It was delivered clean. I paid for the car wash in advance because I didn’t plan to spend my vacation time on that. Everything was fair—they didn’t blame me for any damage to the car caused by previous drivers. They didn’t try to force any additional charges on me. They’re a pleasant company, and I’m sure I’ll rent from them again upon arrival. Thanks to all the staff!
