Rent a Nissan Sunny

Terrible service. Now, let’s go through this step by step!!! 1. There’s absolutely no customer support! They don’t respond to inquiries; they ask you to email support, but there’s complete silence from them! 2. They still haven’t refunded my deposit! It’s been over a month (30 days)!!! 3. As mentioned in the review, they claim they’ll refund the deposit in cash—that’s a complete lie! They supposedly do it after 30 days, but as you can see, that’s not true either!

Everything went well. The car was delivered exactly as I ordered it by the time I ordered it. The only problem with payment was with MIR cards, but we agreed for cash and deposit together. The deposit was returned minus the car wash as agreed.

It went well. The only nuance was the language barrier. We are happy with everything, we will contact you again.
