Ford Fiesta
my experience with you didn't go very well. As soon as I arrived at the airport in Tirana, I wasn't given the Ford Fiesta I had expected; I was told it was broken and was given an Opel Corsa instead. I didn't use it much during the first few days, but when I did start driving it, I checked the fluid levels before starting the engine and found there was absolutely no water in either the radiator or the windshield washer reservoir. I topped it up, assuming it had been used up during the drive. However, during the last few days—while heading to the beach—I noticed the car wasn't running right; it turned out the water was missing again because it was leaking out as soon as I poured it in. Anyway, I topped up the water and headed home. A couple of days later—towards the end of my vacation, while driving back from the seaside—the car started smelling of burnt material and kept losing water. Someone from your team came out to take a look at the car to see why it smelled burnt; they gave me about 30 or 40 liters of water—putting some in the car and the rest in the trunk. However, on the way back from the trip, before I could reach the airport, I had to pull over on the highway twice because the temperature gauge was showing a very high reading; since the car wasn't holding the water—it was leaking out—I stopped twice, but the third time, the engine cut out completely, and I had to take a taxi because the car wouldn't start again.

Everything went really well, despite the fact that our battery died on the second day and we had to wait two days for it to be repaired. Of course, this caused some difficulties and extra expenses for taxis, but overall, everything was great:)

Audi A3
The car was without a deposit, there was no Audi A3, they said that it was after an accident and gave a Volkswagen Polo. In very poor condition and without gasoline in the tank. But we left on it for the whole vacation, thank God and returned it back.
BMW X1
actually at the last moment we got the message that BMW is not ready for driving and we were suggested to take VW Touareg instead. Overall, the car was good and comfortable We were nervous at first about CHECK button but had no problems in the end
Skoda Fabia
The rental went smoothly. To be honest, I expected the gas tank to be full; from a technical standpoint, the car was in good condition. However, the check engine light was on, the driver’s side window wouldn’t open, and the air conditioner gave off an unpleasant odor. Otherwise, everything was fine—despite these issues, we managed just fine.
Mini Countryman Cooper S
finally we didn't get Countryman, because Mini got accident, they told us... Car was old, but ok....
Volkswagen Touareg
we ordered a car an hour before our flight to the airport. The car was delivered on time and there were no problems. We drove it to various cities over long distances, and the car worked well. Returning the car was also hassle-free; the driver arrived on time and picked it up. 👌👍

Volkswagen Tiguan
I would not recommend this car, it has problems with the transmission, the engine error is always on the dashboard, you are always driving and you do not know what can happen to the car, in my opinion the price is excessive. When you get the car, you return it with an empty fuel tank, and if you do not use up all the fuel before returning it, no one will compensate you for this.
