Audi A4 Avant
Everything went really well, despite the fact that our battery died on the second day and we had to wait two days for it to be repaired. Of course, this caused some difficulties and extra expenses for taxis, but overall, everything was great:)

Volkswagen Jetta
Our vacation was completely ruined. When we arrived at the airport late in the evening, we were given an Audi A7 instead of the Volkswagen Jetta we expected, with no other option offered. The car was old and unreliable; during the trip, we had to add 5 liters of engine coolant and 2 liters of engine oil. On our way back, the rear left tire—which, like the car itself, was very old (dating back to 2011)—blew out. We had to buy a new 20-inch tire at our own expense for 300 euros without any assistance, though thankfully we didn't miss our flight. I intend to post reviews on every platform where you offer your services. I feel I was deceived, and I do not want you to ruin other people's experiences the way you ruined mine.
Volkswagen Touran
Everything was fine
Audi A3
The car was without a deposit, there was no Audi A3, they said that it was after an accident and gave a Volkswagen Polo. In very poor condition and without gasoline in the tank. But we left on it for the whole vacation, thank God and returned it back.
BMW X1
actually at the last moment we got the message that BMW is not ready for driving and we were suggested to take VW Touareg instead. Overall, the car was good and comfortable We were nervous at first about CHECK button but had no problems in the end
Skoda Fabia
The rental went smoothly. To be honest, I expected the gas tank to be full; from a technical standpoint, the car was in good condition. However, the check engine light was on, the driver’s side window wouldn’t open, and the air conditioner gave off an unpleasant odor. Otherwise, everything was fine—despite these issues, we managed just fine.
Mini Countryman Cooper S
finally we didn't get Countryman, because Mini got accident, they told us... Car was old, but ok....
Volkswagen Touareg
we ordered a car an hour before our flight to the airport. The car was delivered on time and there were no problems. We drove it to various cities over long distances, and the car worked well. Returning the car was also hassle-free; the driver arrived on time and picked it up. 👌👍

we want to rent Volkswagen,but we had Seat Ibiza, because in golf the air conditioner isn't work. But in total everything was good
