We were fine, but there was a discrepancy in our vouchers and the tenant's vouchers, they demanded additional payments Referring to the fact that they do not work with your site and the conditions there do not meet their requirements. They demanded to pay 100% without seeing our prepayment. In the end, we called the management and everything was delayed.

There was a glitch in the system as I was told and the car delivery was shown at 13:00, although I booked at 09:00. Accordingly, the car was not ready for delivery. I was given a BMW X5. Although we lost 3 hours and did not have time to go to the caves on the way to Batumi, no complaints, everything was fine. 👍

Great car and company. Always in touch. Delivered to the address on time, picked up almost on time too (could sleep longer)). During the delivery we paid attention to all the smallest flaws. Finik, of course, not 19-th year, and 16-th, but very clean, with low mileage, a minimum of cosmetic scratches. Everything works well, from air conditioning and 360 cameras to seat memory and sunroof.

Mini Cooper S unfortunately was not available for technical reasons, but offered a better alternative. Everything went perfectly, the car is fresh , matching the photo, clean , fueled . Great company 👍
