Everything went perfectly! They handed over the car quickly, spotlessly clean, and with a full tank—it’s nice when they treat you like a human being. The interior has everything you need for a comfortable trip. Special thanks to Vladimir for his detailed briefing on local driving rules and clear instructions on returning the car. Returning the car was just as quick and hassle-free. I was also pleased with the refund of the deposit—processed through “Zolotaya Korona” with no fees, just as the rental agent wisely advised. I was left with nothing but positive impressions. From now on, whenever I’m in Kazakhstan, this is the only place I’ll go!

Good deal, though there are some accidents, it is dealed fairly. But it may not feasible for tourist to clean the car at return. And the owner could not keep the original time for returning car.
