Everything went great with the rental—really nice guys who were always available whenever I had questions. It was great that there was a payment terminal; that really saved me. The car was wonderful—it was my first time driving an automatic, and it was a really pleasant experience. The car was clean; they went over everything before handing it over, explained the rules and restrictions, and made sure both parties were covered under the contract.) The only thing that was a bit stressful was the speed limit, but I understand that you just have different traffic rules.) I’m used to the Russian ones.) But that’s not a criticism of you.) The staff was also very understanding because I ran into a bit of a mess that morning when I was supposed to pick up the car.) They were very understanding—a special thank you for that.) I felt really bad about it.)
