The car turned out to be a different make—a Citroën—and it was in less-than-ideal condition. As it pulled into the parking spot, the oil pan guard fell off, and the car got stuck. Philipp, the car’s owner, refused to come and help, citing a busy schedule. After much back-and-forth, he finally showed up, rudely took the car, and drove off.

Car was fine the concatct with owner was super b. we dont have any problem with pick up our take back. The issiues was : only for this i give 1 star less There is only missiing power on high way where need spped up Also some problem where we was on mountans to low power The computer show error about chcek engine There is no windshield washer fluid

Everything went perfectly! The owner was waiting for us at the apartments at the agreed time, handed over the documents, and explained everything clearly. The car was in great condition, clean and comfortable to drive. Returning it at the airport was just as easy and on time. Excellent service – highly recommended!

The only thing is a remark on the condition of the car, on the site was indicated 2014, but the car in the passport 2008 or 2006)))) did not work one headlight, one day we returned in the rain and it was dark. The car around the circle in scratches and dents, we were afraid that at the reception can blame us, but when he took away did not even look. In general, it fulfilled its function

It was a cheap rental and we didn't expect much. The car is in satisfactory state, we could use it to get everywhere we wanted. What we liked is that there is lots of space inside and it has really small fuel consumption. However, this car is clearly is not in a good condition: we constantly had "check engine" light, it was randomly losing power when speeding up, we got random warnings for airbags/seatbelts, etc. I'm sure it is possible to find a better alternative for the same price. At some point we got a flat tire and it turned out that the wrench that we had couldn't be used. Also it was missing a warning triangle which we didn't check at handover (but the owner marked it as present). The main issue for us was the owner, Filip. He can't speak English clearly and main communication was through WhatsApp where he was using some translation. When we got the flat tire, he sent us 2 of his "colleagues" who arrived really fast and helped to set the replacement tire. The owner asked us to pay them 180 euro for 2 tires. When we asked to explain us the price and insurance policy, he became annoyed and rude at some point. When we rented the car, we added an option for SCDW insurance, including wheels but as it turned out, "wheel" doesn't imply tire puncture. It's still not clear, who's responsible for the insurance, TakeCars or the car owner, as he couldn't (and didn't want to) explain anything. I attach only some messages from our conversation as there is limit for 3 images. Beware that if you get into any accident, you'll most likely pay for it by yourself and you won't even be able to argue the price. Overall, I'd rate the car for 3 stars but the owner behavior was unacceptable so please avoid him.

The process of communication and rental went well, liked the owner) it was noticeable that the car had already gone through a lot in its life and was not in the best technical condition, but the value for money was appropriate) in general I am satisfied).

Everything was great. No overlaps in terms of time and amount, everything was as stated on the website. The car was in decent condition, clean and fully operational. There were defects on the body (scratches), but they were fixed at the reception and there were no problems at the handover. In general, only positive emotions from the lease.

It was fine!

I would rate my experience as 4 out of 5, which is really good. I liked: - how the website works: everything is clear and transparent, I could easily find myself a car in Budva without going to an office, - the price was really good too, - I then contacted the person provided in the booking details and was reassured that the car will be delivered to me as expected. The next day the car was delivered even a little bit earlier, which is obviously better than later. What I didn’t like: - After my booking was confirmed I wasn’t contacted by the renter and had to do it myself. It’s ok, but I was a bit worried if my booking was actually processed or not. - ⁠The price of the child seat was almost as high as car rental per day. And the seat was not in ideal condition. I would say I’d expect the seat to be significantly cheaper. - ⁠Most importantly, the car had some issue with the handbrake, the red indicator was flashing and the break wouldn’t work unless the engine is off, which is actually not safe. Overall I really liked the service, but the car condition and the price of the child seat could be better. Thank you!
