Rent a Volkswagen Tiguan

Overall, the car itself was great, and I had no issues with it. However, I wasn’t very happy with the pickup experience. I had just landed and needed some time to clear immigration, collect my luggage, get a SIM card, and sort a few things out. Even though my pickup time was 11:00 AM, I started receiving repeated calls at around 10:30 AM asking, “How long?” and telling me to come and collect the keys. I even had to leave my luggage at the airport for a while just to pick up the keys. That part of the experience felt quite rushed and stressful. At the drop-off, I asked if it would be okay to return the car about an hour late, but I was told I would be charged extra. Considering the pressure during pickup, that didn’t feel very fair. Other than that, the car was excellent and I really enjoyed driving it.
