Everything went beautifully

Everything went well. We took a car for 3 days. We drove from Belgrade to Fruska Gora and back. We ordered a Fiat Punto, but we got a Skoda Fabia. We were not upset at all, as the car was in excellent condition, very economical, comfortable, very clean. The owner of the agency Marko was very friendly, told us everything in detail, showed us, was in touch. Full set of documents was ready, we did not have to wait. The car was taken in the city, in the agency. We found it easily, next to the bus stop. We were a little worried about finding each other in the parking lot (the agency does not have an office directly at the airport), but Marco was already waiting for us at the entrance. Keep in mind, the only nearby gas station does not accept cards, only cash. Marco kindly paid for our fill up to a full tank, and then drove us to the nearest money changer (at the port) where we changed money. We had to slightly change the booking details given on the website (starting and return times of the car and not having a co-driver), Marco went along without a word and reduced the rental amount. It is very convenient that prepayment can be made with a ruble card. I recommend the site and the agency unequivocally.

It's all very good

everything went well in principle. Together with the Punto we were given an old Mercedes, but quite decent. However, at the Serbian-Montenegrin border it refused to drive more than 80 km/h, but after stopping and restarting it went again. There were no more problems except detention back at the Montenegro-Serbian border (they said the problem was in the Mercedes, the police put some kind of arrest on it, we stood for 2 hours, then they let me go without explaining anything, probably trusting in the Russian passport and the plane in the evening played its role).

We rented a Fiat Punto with a friend. The landlord contacted us and informed us that there would be a higher class car - Reno Clio. The car was fully insured, no deposit and paid in cash. We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.
