Rent a Skoda Octavia Combi

The car was not available in fact, the agency offered me a replacement with extra payment required. That wasn’t as per my expectations, and unfortunately I could see this as a common practice in Serbia with rental companies. I proceed eventually.. the car was okay, still was having some minor noises here and there… tire pressure sensor was always giving errors and parking sensors were not making any sound. I don’t know if that situation with a requirement to make a prepayment upfront, confirming that car is available and later saying it’s not available is driven by takecars.com or it’s vendor approach, however it’s not very nice. Apart from that communication was smooth and fine. Ah, and one more thing - they claimed to give me the car with a full tank, however, it was like 7/8 full. Not a big deal of course, but leaving a bitter aftertaste.
