Everything went absolutely wonderfully, from picking up the car to returning it. Alexander is a very pleasant person; it was easy and simple to communicate with him. Katerina is a wonderful young woman. She met us, explained everything in detail, and we asked a lot of questions since it was our first time in Serbia.
