I always take a car when I travel to different countries, but I have never seen anything like this, especially in the UAE, and it was the 15th trip. Previously, when I ordered a car through Emirates, I did not need to move from terminal to terminal by taxi to pick up or return the car.

After my mentioning the terms of the contract in terms of gasoline "same to same" there were no more questions. And it is also very inconvenient that the acceptance of the car takes place in a city parking lot, a place in which it is quite problematic to find. Besides, there is a chance to get a fine for unpaid parking. At the same time, the office has an underground parking lot. It is unclear why it cannot be used for pickup and drop-off.

In the end we spent more than an hour, but we could not leave the car and came the next day in the morning (at 7 am), when there were no cars in the parking lot and handed over the keys with the car.
