Booked the car in March 2024. Received the car at Sharjah airport at the end of the trip and handed it back at the airport. The car is in very good condition, the transfer was quick. We traveled 6 emirates in 10 days. Everything is perfect. Returned as agreed with a full tank of gasoline and clean (went to the car wash). The only point, the deposit was returned 2.5 months. Otherwise everything was OK, the company was always in touch.

I requested the car for one day, but the driver contacted me late in the evening and said that he was expecting me to return the car the same day. I said that he can take the car, that we have already finished our trip. The driver thoroughly checked the car and said that everything was ok except that I draw 70km over the limit of contract and I need to pay 5 Dirham.

Everything went perfectly! The car was delivered to and subsequently picked up from Dubai airport. The car is practically new, in perfect condition. We made a ten-day trip with the whole family around all seven emirates. It turned out to be very comfortable and economical. Mazda 6 is a good car. I didn't have any issues. What could be improved about service is: 1) provide basic information about stalls 2) how often car should be washed (hopefully I won't receive any tickets) to prevent police tickets 3) Tricky tickets. Like when you ride close on the motorway, the camera catches this and you will receive a ticket for close riding to next car. I didn't know about it, and had to google. 4) insurance. In all European countries if you take a full coverage it means I don't care if someone on the car parking will open their door and the car will be damaged. It's very strange that I need to check car every time and call the police for report. Especially you can get a ticket if they in case of they won't find any damage or damage that happened earlier and I didn't spot it. I prefer do not to call police for each small damage and I don't want to pay for that if I get full coverage.

Everything went well. We replaced the car to a higher class without any extra charges. The only thing on the return, I had a return on their day off, we agreed with an employee about the meeting and I was sent from one manager to another. In the end, no one met with me and said to leave the car on the forgiveness of the business center, and the keys to leave the guard. And thus did not take the money for the salik. After 3 months they sent a link to pay for toll roads. In general everything went well.
