I rented a car in Dubai from a company where all the guys speak Russian. I liked the fact that I didn't need to leave any deposits. Payment in rubles over the phone and it is very adequate. The car was waiting for us at the airport and all the registration took no more than 3 minutes. We didn't give the car back at all, we just left it at the airport parking lot and sent the photo of the car and parking place by phone. Everything is very fast and very convenient.
