1. We booked a car at the airport, but in fact we took a cab from the airport to our office. It is inconvenient with children and suitcases constantly overloaded. 2. Then when I ordered a cab for 16.00 from the rental office to the airport, the drivers started calling me at 4.00 am, mixing up the morning with the evening. 6. Further when I arrived at their office, I had to go up to their office and had to deal with the cab for a long time. 7. Further every 10 minutes I was told that in 5 minutes will be a cab to the airport, was late for 35 min car in the end. 8. In general, the service is lame, to put it mildly. 9. In exchange for the inconvenience of nothing offered, even took extra money for not getting gasoline in double the amount.

On 08/23/2018 we rented a car through Localcarhires.com company. Initially we applied for a Mitsubishi Attrage. But the guys brought us another car: Toyota Camry. The car was brought to our hotel at the time we appointed and it was picked up from there. Delivery and pickup was free of charge for us. The car was in perfect condition, clean, there were 2 bottles of water in the car. We had to return the car on 27.08 at 14.00, we asked the guys from the company to extend the rental period until 23 pm, which was agreed by the company and the car was taken away from us at 23 hours. We want to say a huge thank you to Aqeel - we were very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with you and your company. We will definitely rent a car from you next time.

We booked Kia Seltos. But as the car was not available in time we were given a replacement - Toyota C-HR. In general, the rental process went well. The car was delivered on time and picked up with a slight delay. There were no complaints about the condition of the car. From the minuses we would like to note the lack of support in Russian and waiting (from March 9 to the present time) for a check for payment, which we will be able to pay with a Russian card, as a small extra payment was required.
