Rented a Nissan Sunny car for 8 days with collection and return at Sharjah airport. Upon arrival, the tenant's representative was waiting for me in the parking lot of Sharjah airport. Within 10 minutes the rent was issued and I went to the hotel. The car was provided brand new with a mileage of 4 88 km. (issue 2022). Salon is not smoky, everything worked perfectly. During the lease I drove about 1500 km. (according to the contract no more than 250 km per day). Before returning the car, I washed it at a car wash at a gas station - the full complex cost 20 dirhams. I returned the car to Sharjah Airport, where I received it. Paid for the use of toll roads 31.5 dirhams. I liked everything very much. I advise.

I rented a Suzuki from February 22 to 25 of this year but received a Nissan instead an hour late from the appointed time. The car was in terrible condition, due to lack of time to wait for another car, I was forced to pick this one up and the first thing I did was go to the car wash. The fuel level was slightly higher than the empty tank, but I returned it with the same level. The driver who brought the car was very friendly. The manager with whom I contacted via WhatsApp kindly prepared all the documents in advance and receiving the car at the airport terminal took only a few minutes. After returning the car to the same place, I was told that after 14 days I could receive the cash deposit back. After two weeks, I contacted the manager about payment but could not get an answer for 4 days. in the end, after four days of silence, they told me that they meant 14 working days and that the period expires this week, and the money will be transferred to me on Monday of the next week, that is, March 18th. I paid more by about 100 dirhams. I wanted to return the deposit (1500dirham) I returned the car in November 2025, now February 2026 and nobody returned it to me. Mazda 6 is a good car. I didn't have any issues. What could be improved about service is: 1) provide basic information about stalls 2) how often car should be washed (hopefully I won't receive any tickets) to prevent police tickets 3) Tricky tickets. Like when you ride close on the motorway, the camera catches this and you will receive a ticket for close riding to next car. I didn't know about it, and had to google. 4) insurance. In all European countries if you take a full coverage it means I don't care if someone on the car parking will open their door and the car will be damaged. It's very strange that I need to check car every time and call the police for report. Especially you can get a ticket if they in case of they won't find any damage or damage that happened earlier and I didn't spot it. I prefer do not to call police for each small damage and I don't want to pay for that if I get full coverage.
