However, when I returned the car, I found two scratches on the bottom of the bumper, which were definitely not my fault (or I inspected them inattentively, as they were on the bottom of the bumper). It seemed strange that during the inspection the representative immediately paid attention to them and did not examine the car further. Despite the insurance "FULL CASCO" (by the way, no insurance documents were not actually given to me) I was obliged to compensate for the damage. If you count on the insurance, then it is necessary, according to them, to go to the police and make a report on a minor accident, which is not possible, because there is no time, vacation with children and they are not left alone. The renter's representative said you could download an app, but it wasn't working (then I checked the website and it worked), which the representative most likely knew. The cost of reimbursement of two scratches was taken "out of thin air" and was not confirmed by anything (consultation with the office), no act was drawn up, except for the car return sheet, which had the appropriate marks on the scheme. I paid 525 dirham, the representative wanted to take cash, but I insisted through the terminal to make it official. Waited for the terminal for about an hour (brought another representative). Checked the fines, toll roads - all in the end I returned the car. But

He also confirmed the time of issuance and return of the company's car to the lessor - they confirmed that the car would be at the airport at the specified time. But the courier brought the car for 1.5 hours. Later. Before returning the car a day in advance, the lessor asked to confirm the time and place of return via WhatsApp. I confirmed - 5.00AM, Al Maktoum airport. He also pointed out that my departure was at 7.00AM and that the delay of the courier to return the car was highly undesirable. The company confirmed that it received this information (I can send correspondence if interested). But no one came to the airport in the morning to process the return of the car. I had to leave the car key in the car key box that was installed in the registration window of one of the car rental companies located at the airport. I took a picture of the box and its location, and the car in the airport parking lot - I sent the companies on WhatsApp with a description of the situation. After arriving in the country of residence, the company's courier contacted me via WhatsApp asking where to find the key at the airport - I sent him again a photo and a box at the airport. After 2 hours, I contacted the company - they confirmed to me that the car was safely picked up from the airport and the car return process was completed and the deposit blocked on my card would be returned within 30 days from the day the car was returned. Here is such a story. 4. - Also, the car was issued with a battery in the remote control with an immobilizer that had almost lost its charge. Didn't notice right away. The first day I had to start the car close to bring the remote control to the start button. And lock and unlock the car with a mechanical key. I contacted the company's support - they reported the battery model and sent a video instruction on how to replace it. But it turned out that the battery model number was reported incorrectly - I had to buy another one.🙂

The main disadvantage was that the windshield was covered with something, to be exact, the whole car was covered with some protective compound, and when they covered it, apparently, they forgot to cover the windshield. It's like glue and fine sand. And it doesn't come off, we tried it. During the day, when driving, it was fine, but at night it turned out to be extremely bad, also when the sun was right on the course. Otherwise - everything is normal. Handing over the car was also quick. The manager looked at the absence of new damage. We washed the car before handing it over. Gasoline was even a little more than it was. We liked it. No deposit. We prepaid with a MIR card and paid in cash, we paid in dirhams.
