everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. The car does not need to be washed before handing it over, they warn you about it when handing over the car. The cost of washing is deducted from the deposit. The deposit was returned with the deduction of washing and toll roads to the Russian card in 20 days. Deserved 5 stars!

We rented a car for 4 days. We booked the cheapest option Mitsubishi Attrage, with car delivery and full insurance. The car was in good condition delivered on time. There is a flaw in communication we were contacted on the day of booking only asked for paperwork and on the day of delivery. It was unclear if everything was in order and if the car would be there. Before returning if the car is dirty it needs to be washed. Washing takes a lot of time, it takes 2-3 hours. All the damage to the car was fixed in a questionnaire and sent to the post office. Payment of toll roads(salik) not immediately, they then send a link to pay. If you do not have a foreign card, it is problematic to pay in cash. They say to leave as much as you think necessary, and how much you have traveled is not clear at all. In general, the experience is positive, I liked everything.

Rented Nissan Kicks from March 21 to 27. We booked a Hyundai Accent in advance through the website, but they provided Nissan Kicks at the same price. The replacement was previously agreed with us via Whatsapp. The car is in excellent condition. Everything went well. Receipt and return of the car was at Al Maktoum airport.
