the trip went well. The only issue was that the car seemed to have a problem with the transmission or clutch—it would roll backward on hills even though it has an automatic transmission. Other than that, everything was great.

The car wasn't waiting for me at the airport. I was told to walk with my suitcases in the middle of the night to a parking lot a kilometer away. The car was dirty inside, and the multimedia system didn't work.

The only thing is, it’s not very convenient to walk with suitcases in Tirana to the office where you pick up the car. It’s not far, but there isn’t really a proper pedestrian area.

First of all, it’s worth noting that this is a car rental company, not a private individual. Overall, my rental experience was positive. The car I originally booked wasn’t available, but they provided me with a larger, higher-class vehicle at no extra charge. The car was a bit old (from the early 2010s), but it was in good working order and reliable. The exterior was clean, and the interior was fairly clean, though not spotless. My interaction with Danny was excellent—he was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. As for picking up and returning the car, the return process went very smoothly and without any issues. The car already had many minor scratches and cosmetic defects, and it would have been extremely difficult to document each one in the dark. Fortunately, when I returned the car, no one tried to hold me responsible for any pre-existing damage. The staff inspected the car, checked the fuel level, and wished me a safe trip.

The car was in good condition, and I really appreciated the option to have it delivered right to the entrance of our hotel and then returned to another hotel—a very convenient service, albeit with a small additional fee. However, there were some downsides. The car was delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes late, which meant I had to wait with my young daughters in the intense heat. I understand that traffic jams can happen, but I think they should have planned for this better. In addition, two days before I was due to return the car, they replaced the vehicle I had booked. Fortunately, the replacement turned out to be a good one, and the car had a spacious trunk, so in the end, it fully met our needs. Overall, the experience was acceptable thanks to the quality of the car and the convenience of the pickup and drop-off services, but the issues with punctuality and the car swap prevent me from giving a higher rating.

I rented the Opel Astra, but when we arived we were given Ford Focus. The car was good, no problem with that, but we got told that the Opel will be delivered to us after the repair is ok. We never got the car, which would be okay with us if the guy we were "communicating" with through WhatsApp ever responded, which he didnt. If he would have just said the car is broken and they cannot make it, OK, but he never responded. Otherwise the Ford Focus was alright.

I booked a car Mercedes A class, when I came to pick up it turned out that it was not there, they offered a replacement Ford Fiesta. I was with a woman and three small children. I once had both a Mercedes A class and a Fiesta. The Fiesta is smaller than the Mercedes. So I had to pay extra and take the Golf. The Golf must have had some problem with the engine, because the check was lit and the consumption was 10 liters per 100 km, instead of 7 liters. So make your own conclusion. Although in any case, thank you, because at least there was a car.
