Rent a Ford S-Max

The car was in good condition, and I really appreciated the option to have it delivered right to the entrance of our hotel and then returned to another hotel—a very convenient service, albeit with a small additional fee. However, there were some downsides. The car was delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes late, which meant I had to wait with my young daughters in the intense heat. I understand that traffic jams can happen, but I think they should have planned for this better. In addition, two days before I was due to return the car, they replaced the vehicle I had booked. Fortunately, the replacement turned out to be a good one, and the car had a spacious trunk, so in the end, it fully met our needs. Overall, the experience was acceptable thanks to the quality of the car and the convenience of the pickup and drop-off services, but the issues with punctuality and the car swap prevent me from giving a higher rating.

Second we are human and i can't do nothing to the traffic and for this late pick up i did you 1 day discount. And due to an car accident you were waiting in the Hotel not in the midle of the road . And i give you the oportunity to bring back the car in Airport without extra cost .

Great car to drive, no difficulties. Communication was clear and duable price 👍
