different car, awful tires and brakes, no window cleaner etc... Hyundai accent i get , i order Golf 6

They gave me a Hyundai Accent instead of a Golf 6. They said it was in the same class, even though the Hyundai was cheaper than the Golf on the website. The car was dirty inside and out. There were no issues with the return, but the contract states that I have to return the car clean, even though I received it dirty.
