There was no problem with the rental. It was easy to order on the website. I've been contacted the day prior receiving/giving back the car to confirm the meeting point and the hour. Both people were friendly enough and the process was quick. If it's always like that I will rent again through this webapp. Just two things though if you're looking to enhance the service: - having the name/surname of the person taking back the car would be great just to be sure we're giving it back to the right person - the car had a warning blinker on and as I was not aware (and did not pay attention when receiving the car) I ended up asking a gas station employee for help to be sure there was no problem. If there could be a reminder about some things to be aware of, that would be great too.

Everything went smoothly. They gave us a different car, but it was actually even better. It was in good mechanical condition—nothing broke, nothing malfunctioned, and so on. We picked up and returned the car at the agreed-upon location. The person who handed the car over to us explained everything in detail—both about the car itself and about safety measures and the driving culture on the country’s roads. The car rental price at Take Cars was more reasonable than that of competitors. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

Everything went well. I was met both at the reception and at the return on time. The car externally is quite shabby, has seen the sights, but it did not affect the driving qualities, the interior is clean and spacious. Taking into account the cost of rent, I can estimate it at 5.
