Exept three things: the late pickup time (almost 2h), the fact that the car wasn't equiped with a GPS (as mentioned in the booking), and it was a little bit difficult to start the engine regardless to the driving wheel and the key. We appreciated that the car was very clean and in a good condition. I would say 4/5.

Everything went perfectly, as the Tauran was not ready on the day of the rental, Goran replaced it with a Skoda Octavia station wagon, upgrading the class. The car was brought to the hotel at the appointed time, and I left it in the airport parking lot. The car was in very good condition. Everything was according to the original agreement. Highly recommended, no card or deposit required.

Everything is fine in general, the car was delivered as ordered to the airport, escort is also normal. One minus the Citroen C4 is not the first freshness, the air conditioner has squeezed my neck and is still being treated. Recommendation: tell customers the rules for using the air conditioning of older generations, modern systems are more comfortable.
