Rent a Volkswagen Golf 7

I strongly do not recommend this car rental company in Montenegro. I reserved a 2026 Škoda and paid a deposit. An hour later, it turned out that this car wasn’t available, and they offered me a 2019 Golf instead. I had to agree since the prepayment was non-refundable. Upon arrival at the airport, the agent said that the “Golf” wasn’t available either and that he could only offer a 2017 Volkswagen Passat with high mileage. I took the Passat and was only able to drive it 40 km to Budva. The car was faulty; it wouldn’t climb hills at all. The interior was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. I called the agent and asked to either swap the car or get a refund. The agent offered a 2018 Renault Scenic. I had to agree, since there were no other cars available. The Renault wasn’t in the best condition either. The engine overheated in traffic, and the air conditioner blew hot air instead of cold. Plus, when I returned the car, the agent took my 15-euro deposit for the car wash. I do not recommend this place!

Everything was wonderful! The original contact person was Malik, but he sent his colleague to deliver the car, she was very kind. The car drove great and we had no complaints. Without a doubt would rent here again.

It was ok

In general, I was very disappointed because I received a different car than I had ordered, I had chosen for a long time and wanted exactly the right one. In fact, I got a different one, which I rejected when I chose through the website. The car was not bad, I got 20 euros discount, but I was not happy with the situation. I would rate the service 3 out of 5.
