Rent a Volkswagen Passat Variant

The website and flow was very good, however I did not get the car I booked. When I arrived, the owner said the car broke down yesterday, and gave me another one. Which is definetly not passat of that year and less powerfull, less space etc. So it was surpirsing but we needed a car and price was same, so we accepted it. Other than that, the app itself and booking experience was good

Overall, it seemed fine, of course, but they gave me the wrong car—not the one I'd ordered. Then, halfway through my vacation, they said, "Let's swap it for the one that was originally booked." But they brought me yet another different car. Overall, the cars seemed to be more or less well-maintained, and I didn’t have any mechanical issues.

everything was great.
