The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. They didn't give us the car we had asked for, they gave us another one because it was in the car shop. The next day they bothered us because they changed us for the rented car. Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.

I recommend the car rental company, the car was delivered even earlier than the announced time, agreed to be brought in at 8.00 in the evening without additional payment, took the Toda on time without any special bureaucracy, everything is very friendly and loyal, the car met the stated criteria, although there are technical issues that need to be repaired, but driving and impressions did not interfere. I rented a VW Touran and everything was great. The car was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of space. Easy to drive and good on fuel. I was very happy with the rental and would choose it again.

Automatic car offered as they didn't have a manual working air-conditioning. We felt safer operating the manual but didn't have air conditioning. They arranged to replace our car the following day but it happened two days later. USB ports and phone holders would have been useful in all vehicles. Staff were friendly and the price was competitive.
