С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом

The car was replaced unfortunately, they said the engine was broken. I suspect that they were deceived as this is a common practice in Turkey. Naturally, we were not warned about the replacement in advance, although we were in touch with the renter. They tried to replace it with a small Hyundai, but when they saw that we were 5 people with bogazhge, they offered an old Taita Corolla. The car was underpowered and as we were in a mountainous area it was difficult to drive. Otherwise everything went well

The guys were great - everything was as agreed - they picked us up at the airport, drove to the office in 5 minutes, registered the car, drove away, communication was via WhatsApp, back - all the same in reverse order. It didn't go well with my lease! They charged me a lot of extra money before I turned the car in. For the car wash was one. I drove on toll roads, then I was shown a receipt of payment, I agreed to it. Next, they said that most likely you were somewhere else, and that the system displays it after 3 days. and that because these charges are not yet in the system, you have to pay double the price. This is their way of insuring that they don't have new accruals coming to them in a couple of days. My arguments and timing that in the system find all the payment points that I crossed they did not take!
