Everything went well in terms of organization, we picked you up from the airport, took you to the airport, we were always in touch via WhatsApp, the car was clean and in excellent condition. A slight difficulty was that the staff did not speak English or German or Russian, so it was difficult to ask all the necessary questions, I had to translate through the phone. Otherwise everything is fine

Everything went perfectly: - we met you at the airport and drove you to the office where the registration is taking place - There were no "surprises" during the registration process, no extra fees were charged. - when returning the car to the office, they take it to the airport free of charge (we did not use it because we were leaving the next day). My impressions of the company are very good. I booked the car in advance, just before the trip I asked to increase the rental period by two more days, the guys kindly agreed. There were no complaints about the car, it was a fresh Renault Clio automatic. The guys picked me up at the airport and brought me to their office. Quickly inspected the car and signed the documents. I rented the car without deposit and with a child seat. At the end of the rental period I needed to extend the car for one more day - no problem! The return was very smooth and quick.
