Experience was perfect. Car was old and not a Renault Clio but it worked well. It was ok. Guys were very sympatics, on time and reactives. Only thing we are not use to in our contry and my wife was a bit insecure..., the car had no license plate. Guys said, that is normal in this country when you buy a car, it takes 1 month to receive the plate. Than we ran whit a car whitout license plate all the time. But every thing worked well.

so basicly everything was okey, car was clean and working good but finally we got renault Megane not peugeot. We just had small problem with baby car sit which we have order. Because IT wasnt in our car because nobody pass information about it (Man from airport said that) but lucky for us baby car sit was in another car on the parking so we swap it. Proces of rent was really easy and nice . :)

The car did not disappoint, but they gave it to us at the wrong time, agreed at 10.00, and the car arrived at 12.30. We ordered 2 child seats, they forgot to bring them and promised to bring them within 2 hours, but did not bring them. My questions were answered that the drivers were all drunk and would bring me tomorrow morning. The next day, the chairs were brought at 11.15, the chairs are dirty, it feels like they were lying somewhere under the fence and they were brought to us without even wiping them. And since we planned to go far and at 11.15 it was already too late to go, all our plans were ruined. To my question about compensation or a discount, they answered that we had already gone to a meeting and entered the 2nd driver into the contract for free. Whether this could compensate for the plans that were broken for 2 days - no, of course.
