We used a Renault Symbol car in May 2023 for 3 days. At the airport I met the manager, together with him we drove to the office, where we processed the documents and gave the car. The friendly manager told the basic rules, communicated in English and with the help of an online translator. Everything was clear. The car is clean, comfortable, everything is in order, manual transmission, no complaints. During the lease, there were no troubles, the police did not stop. We returned the car to the office early in the morning at no extra charge (we were warned in advance that we had an early flight), the same manager took us to the airport. I liked everything, thank you very much for the service!

My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.

Everything went well, they brought the car that we ordered we wrote to watsapp in advance, we talked about the place where to submit, the car was not in perfect, but in good condition, there were faults on the body and interior, we fixed them in advance on the photo and in the acceptance certificate (sheet in two copies), the car is diesel, we drove it a little less than 500 km in three days, when we received the tank was about a third full, at the nearest gas station I refilled it to a full tank, about 36 liters of diesel, during the rental there was a little more than half of it payment in cash in dollars (it was possible even with crypto), we communicated in English, what we did not understand, we translated through the translator in the phone. getting a car is as simple as possible, we filled out an acceptance certificate, the lessor photographed the car, photographed the documents. from the documents you need a foreign passport + driver's license (internal Russian) handing over is also simple, the driver photographed the car before and after the lease, inspected the outside, inspected the interior, it is not necessary to wash the car before handing it over (but if the interior is very dirty, they may charge for cleaning). air conditioner was working, there were no complaints about the car. we chose the airport, but the driver asked to rent the car at the RioCar office (the office is not far from the airport), and then took us to the airport (which is good in principle, because he knows the territory of the airport better, we would have wandered by ourselves), if we had known in advance, we would have chosen a hotel closer to the sea than closer to the airport.

I had booked two cars — a Skoda Scala and a Renault Clio. Instead of the Skoda Scala, we were given a Toyota Corolla at the same price and deposit as stated in the voucher. However, there was a problem with the second car, the Renault Clio: the rental company told us that it was unavailable and offered us a second Toyota Corolla instead, but for $350 (the original price was $231), and the deposit stated in the voucher for the Renault Clio was $100, while we were asked to pay $200. This situation was quite unpleasant, as we had prepared the exact amount in advance and did not need a second large car.
