Rent a Skoda Scala

There was a delay when I received it. For some reason, the documents said it would arrive the next day. I called a representative. Thankfully, I was able to explain the situation and sent a screenshot from the website along with the receipts. They responded quickly, even though it was the middle of the night. Thanks to the staff for that! The car was delivered in about 30 minutes. The check-in process was quick, taking about 7–10 minutes. The car was clean both inside and out. It’s very comfortable and fuel-efficient, even though it runs on gas. It handles well on Turkey’s highways. The minimum fuel consumption was 4.7 L/100 km. Excellent! We drove about 2,300 km, and the car never let us down—not in the rain, fog, at night, or in the heat. The lighting is good, and the climate control is perfect. Overall, everything was wonderful! We loved the customer service and the car itself. I highly recommend it 👍

They gave me a Renault Megane instead of a Skoda, but other than that, everything was fine.

Instead of Skoda Scala I was given a Toyota Corolla 2022. The car was received at the place where I indicated. The car had a clean interior, in good working order, with minor damage on the outside of the body. No problems during the period of use. Handed it back and a deposit was taken. That's clear and straightforward. The rental process left positive emotions. Thank you.

Everything went well. We received the car clean and in the time specified in the voucher. The only disadvantage was that the voucher stated that the car had a diesel engine, but in fact it was a gasoline engine. We found out about it only at the gas station, when the gas station attendant showed us that the car was gasoline-powered according to the documents.

We were offered an alternative. Renault Megane, the car was clean and good. During the whole rental period of 14 days and 2500 km it did not cause any problems. Impressions from the rental are positive. The car was handed over, after we were taken to the shopping center, for which a special thank you!
