I strongly advise you not to contact this place, and also if you see the names Luka Tubic or Elso Kalac - run away from there!!!!. Our plans for 2 days were ruined. It was not possible to upload all the photos, but I will describe briefly the experience we had with these two comrades! July 9, 2024 on the site www.takecars.com I made a prepayment of 35.10 euros and receive a confirmation of booking !!!ATTENTION!!! for August 7, at 08:00 receiving the car at the hotel (photo attached). The day after receiving the confirmation, I write to Luca in a telegram, with the information that we have received the booking and here is our contact for the future. Everything seemed to be ok! Another month until our arrival and, since I've already made the prepayment, well, certainly nothing should happen. The day before the arrival of the reserved Mercedes-Benz Vito bus, I check if everything is still on track. I get information from Luca that he can not provide this bus (or it broke down, or something else), that he "resold" our reservation to someone else and there will be the same bus, but also automatic, that it is more expensive, but our price will not change. At this, the day before the reservation, the conversation ended. Waking up the next day, I notice a message from Elso Kalac (no idea who that is) written to me at 00.36. This person didn't even bother to introduce himself or explain properly who he is and what issue he is writing to me about! As you can see from the message, the car was supposed to arrive between 09:00 and 09:30. I thought that in principle, we fit into our plan and could wait, but certainly not longer (we had to travel only one way for 4 hours, and then back that day), the next day we planned to go to Albania, but this was not destined to happen! From 09:00 we sat at the reception. I called and wrote to both Luca and Elso several times, but the answer was only excuses or they didn't pick up the phone at all! We waited for the car until 12:00, with two elderly parents and two children!!!! And of course, we left the waiting area wondering what to do next. At 12:31 I get a message from the third person that the car has arrived! It made no sense for us to take it, as we would not have made it to any of the planned places! In the end they managed to deceive us that the car was waiting for us at the reception for 40 minutes and the driver could not find us! Not a little traveling around the world and such a beastly attitude has not met in any place! I am ashamed in front of the whole family that I let them down so much! Oh, and yes, they never refunded my booking money!

The lease was in order, the service representative was quite OK, there were no questions for him. In the car itself, the air conditioner did not work (there was no climate control), or rather it worked, but only in the maximum power position - it was noisy to the maximum and blew with the coldest air, and simply did not work at a lower power. It was a noticeable discomfort. The rest is fine, it is quite possible that I will still use your service in the future.

The overall impression was very good. Our request was also fulfilled in a very short time and it still worked. Unfortunately, we got a car with half a tank. When we filled up before disembarking, the fuel gauge didn't move and so we filled up much more fuel than we had previously in the tank. It would have been nice if we had been refunded the extra money for fuel.
