I would say that the majority of the rental was positive; the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived and the vehicle was very spacious, so perfect for what I needed with my family and the baggage we had. Moreover, the owner Goran was incredibly responsive and never far away if I needed to check something with him, which was greatly appreciated, especially since he has a full company to run. The only downsides were that the baby seats I had ordered were not really fit for purpose because they lacked some of the necessary straps one needs, so we could not use them and eventually had to find other ways to keep the two young children safe. Also, the headlights did not appear to work too well, which was not a problem because we did not drive at night but was equally not ideal. Overall, a solid 8/10 for the great price, reasonable vehicle and good service from the provider and I am mostly happy with how things turned out.

Everything went perfectly. Drago is a punctual, pleasant young man. Met us at the airport upon arrival, the car was waiting in the parking lot. The car is compact, nimble, maneuverable, with low gas mileage. We drove it from Podgorica to Saranda along the coast, passed dozens of serpentines and back, he never failed. We are very satisfied with the service and the car! Just one small minus, there is no USB charging in the cabin, advise drivers to buy auto-charging for a cigarette lighter in advance, so that you don’t suddenly have a navigator. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank!

The car is generally in good condition, there are some defects in the bodywork, but it is not new and it was not critical, as always, this car dealer has a clean car outside and in the cabin. What is the "driving characteristics" when picking up speed, namely when shifting gears, the automatic gearbox sags in a set of speed, the car seems to slow down in each gear, maybe I am not aware of how the automatic machine of this car works, but it was somewhat uncomfortable to drive, but in general everything well. It is a pity that it was not possible to book a convertible on the last day of vacation, I had to rebook for this car, but thanks anyway.

The car had some small defects on the bumpers, but they didn't affect the driving performance, so we can say that the car was in good condition. In general, I would repeat this experience and could recommend your service.
