To be honest I was not so happy…. First : instead of Audi A3 I was provided with WV Golf. I have ordered automatic but I was convinced by local provider from to take better (his words) shape manual car. I have paid more for premium car as well as for automatic, btw. Second: most important! I paid 30 EUR when ordering via your platform abroad insurance. We wanted to cross boarder co closest beach town in Albania. When approving at the airport - We were told we need to close up additional insurance only to go Albania….It means I have lost 30 EUR totally including paying the provision to you out of this amount….But I was on holiday so I do not want to escalate this issue. But you can trust me I was angry ….. Also for you: Why you provide this service ad this insurance with no info like excluded Albania? You only notice we need to be approved for traveling abroad . And we can only travel to Albania and others countries around the Montenegro…… 3.: When giving the car back. I have been adviced to call provider to get instructions how to handover the car 15 min before we will arrive at the place. If nobody is there we should leave the car in parking place and store the keys on special hidden place. But we paid 150 EUR deposit….so I was feeling a very dangerous attitude..I was told they are not taking the deposits at all! But finally I was told that there was a miss communications between a local providers who helping each other and somebody will arrive with the deposit finally… So overall I was very happy with rental process on your web. Very happy. But a little dissatisfied and disappointed a lot by the stress caused by local guy! Hoping this review will help you to make customer service on local lever to be significally improved! Everything was fine, but the car we had reserved wasn't available. The owner warned us about this in advance, and they replaced it with this one at a small discount.

The only moment, the car was brought with a completely empty tank and we had to go to refuel before going on the planned route, and also a strange condition of return was to wash the car before returning, which was also strange, we have never encountered such a requirement. We drove for less than two days so we didn't have to wash it. Otherwise everything went well, after we returned the car, they gave us a ride to the place we wanted to go
