This was my first rental car. First of all, the car was not a rental. I ordered a Toyota, but it turned out to be a Citroen. Secondly, after a few days there were problems with the tires. They were bald and started to go flat. The owner organized the replacement of the rear tires, but the front tires were not much better and until the end of the trip I tried to drive very carefully and not far. There was also a replacement of the low beam bulb. So somehow after two weeks there were a lot of problems with the car. Overall I would be scared to go long distances into the mountains with a car like this, but for short trips around town it's ok.

everything was great. Car wasn't Citroen C4, but WV Touran instead, but it had 7 seats and was automat diesel as I requested. Receiving and returning of the car was easy - all done at airport, with minimum of paper work. Communication with owner was straight forward and easy. So, yes everything was great.

Resting in Montenegro in 2022, I applied to this car rental company twice. The car was provided without any problems. Strictly on time, but the pick up was not tied at all, left the keys and documents in the glove compartment. And that's all. I continue to rest. I recommend this company.
