The service is good - convenient. The landlord turned out to be incompetent. When handing over the car - they took photos from such an angle/angle that one of the damages on the passenger door was not visible on the photo. It is not the first time we rent a car and we know such attempts to deceive, so we made a photo of this place on our phone. When returning the car - the lessor pointed us to this damage and said that it was not at the transfer of the car - allegedly confirming his words by showing us the photos made, then the dialog he tried to build that you need to pay for the repair and now he will find out the cost, but to his great regret - we told him that this trick will not work with us, as we have a photo confirming that the car was issued to us with this damage, to his great regret and frustration, he had to give the deposit and we parted.

Everything went well, I was met at the airport, taken to the office where all the documents were drawn up. The car was the same as we had booked, in good condition. There were two things that we did not like very much. First: the car had no fuel at all, we had to look for a gas station. The second: when we handed over the car we were charged 300 lira for travel on toll roads, but the bill for them did not show. According to our data, we had to pay 150 liras for the toll roads. For us these are insignificant trifles. If we need a car in Turkey - we will turn to you, rating 5-

Everything went perfectly. The car was brought on time to the airport, communication was via watsapp with the renter. Everything was friendly, polite, fast. Also very quickly handed over the car at the airport after 2 weeks. Previously took a car in other companies in Turkey, 5 times, but this time everything is on top, there is something to compare.
