I rented a car for two days. The most positive impressions. The staff was in touch from the moment of booking on the website: consulted in messengers, met at the airport and brought to the parking lot, processed quickly, gave (at my request) a holder for a smartphone. What is important the contract without mileage limitation, for two days we had time to see a lot. After handing over the car (took 3 min) took at our request to the streetcar stop near the airport. 2 hours before the appointed time, I contacted a representative of the company and it turned out that the previous tenant did not return the booked car. At first they offered me a Citroen c4, but because I had 4 suitcases and 3 people, I refused. As a result, they provided Opel (pictured). The car is excellent, still in the film (the mileage was about 300 km), in an excellent configuration. They didn't charge me for a replacement. Rated 10 out of 5 😊

everything was perfect. We were met at the airport early in the morning, brought to the office, where we received the ordered car within half an hour. No additional options were imposed on us, the car was quite fresh. All minor chips and scratches on the body were fixed and we drove away. We took Fiat Egea for 11 days. The car did not let us down once. Simple car on mechanics, roomy enough, just what we needed. We handed over the car as quickly and without problems and questions. On our car we were taken to the airport. We are satisfied with everything, thank you very much. Next year we plan to rent a car 🚗 from this company.

Your staff acted promptly, agreed deadlines were clearly met, and the vehicle was of good quality. The only thing that could be improved is the insurance when you give it to us so that it includes all risks at once, we had to pay about 50 euros extra for the all risk insurance option.

Everything went well: the representative met me at Istanbul Airport in the parking lot, he was on the phone, so it was quick to find him. Then he took us to the office, where I signed the contract, paid the balance and received the car. The car itself was certainly not in the best shape (all defects were documented) and in minimal equipment (aux output and Bluetooth were missing, I could not put my music). On the road, the car did not let me down, even a little pleased with the low fuel consumption (1000 km on one tank passed). I rented in another city, in Antalya, I wrote the address of the office near the airport, took the car without problems and EVEN did not take money from me for travel on toll roads (and I drove half of Turkey on them). Drove me to the terminal. Rating = a solid 4+ (I took without a deposit, but with extra payment for delivery = $200+-).
