1. there was no Opel corsa. It was fiat. 2. vendor ignored my message on site. 3. vendor ignored contacts I left on the site and called me in whats up. My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.

1. Delayed the issuance of the car in Istanbul for 3 hours, which disrupted our plans on the first day of the trip. 2. The car was not the one I had booked, although I had made the reservation a month before the trip, instead of Toyota Corolla - Reno Megan. 3. the car arrived dirty (in the cabin), with an empty tank, with a burning tire pressure sensor. I barely made it to the nearest gas station, I thought I would stand in Istanbul traffic jams with an empty tank, pumped up the wheel at the gas station, but it continued to go down little by little. 4. There was no water in the washer tank and you can't fill it because the hood is blocked. Had to water the windshield from a bottle to wash off dust and smudges. 5. Delayed the return of the car for 2 hours, although I brought the car directly to the office in Antalya, but there was no one there. Already had to go to the airport, some how waited for these grief employees of the rental company. 6. The deposit was given in old dollar bills, although I paid with new ones. I do not recommend anyone to get in touch with this rental company, if you do not want to have a lot of problems.

I left an application for a Fiat, but the lessor provided a Renault symbol citing the fact that it is the same. Naturally, there was no time to argue and we had to take it. Everything would have gone well, if one day the battery did not die when we were on a distant beach. We pushed the car to the nearest restaurant where, to our luck, there was an English-speaking employee. He summoned one of his friends with a car and they gave us a light. As the proceedings showed - the battery died due to opening the car door with the key (although the landlord insisted that I had forgotten to turn off the headlights - even if that was true, what kind of battery must the car have if it died in an hour with the headlights on)? Well the process of returning the car took a long time - waiting for it in the parking lot. good thing we weren't late for our flight
