I would like to share my impressions from my trip to Turkey in September 2024 and renting a car from TakeCars. I booked a Reno Clio with full insurance for 7 days on the TakeCars website. When booking on the website I paid part of the payment with a Russian card. On arrival the guys quickly met me at the airport, they spoke a little Russian + smartphone translator :). We got to the office in 10 minutes, while the documents were being processed, we were treated to coffee. The car was a Hunday i20, but from the same line, so we were happy. It never let us down, economical and reliable car. We drove straight away to Oludeniz, then along the coast to Kemer. The car was taken without problems and unnecessary questions. As a result we saw a lot of beautiful and extremely beautiful locations, beaches from Fethiye to Kash, butterfly bay, Saklikent canyon, Lycian trail, ancient amphitheaters and a lot of things along the way. You should definitely travel by car. I recommend TakeCars. Fast, budget and reliable!

in general we got used to it, but of course there were enough problems) he had 3 errors on the panel came out in the first trip) the car is very worn out and the driver with little driving experience, of course, will not fit. 1 front headlight and 1 taillight stopped working the same way on the first day, under the hood wiring to the headlights on duct tape, decided not to get into it) tried to pour water into the tank washer glass, the barrel under the hood was not)) the windshield was washed at gas stations under a trickle of water) the first gear was inserted once and not all the way. From the good, it somehow by some miracle managed to roll us the whole vacation and not fall apart) drove straight, air conditioning worked perfectly, nothing rattled anywhere.

The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.
