1. A friend of the car owner's brother's friend arrived and he was 45 minutes late, even though I had sent the arrival time in advance. 2 . In the so-called office (5-10 min) started twisting arms. The brother demanded a deposit of 300 euros, otherwise he will not give the car. It was useless to show the terms of lease, taken from your site, call the owner, he would not talk to me. Also he demanded to pay insurance 80 dollars. So we argued in broken English for about an hour. Anyway, I paid $75. my brother wrote something in the contract and I left. 3. When returning the car their manager was 15 minutes late and tried to demand money for washing, although I washed the car before handing it over. Disgusting office, I do not recommend it, why deceive customers. P.S. You owe me 75 dollars.

At first, of course, it was disconcerting that the price was much lower than in the well-known aggregators or rentals. But since we booked very late, there were no alternatives. The booking process is simple, quick and clear. We were contacted quickly. Unfortunately, we did not have the car we wanted on the terms we chose. We were offered a replacement on slightly different terms. At the airport they were already waiting for us with a sign. We were escorted to the parking lot to the car. The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver). I repeat, in general we were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much

I had booked two cars — a Skoda Scala and a Renault Clio. Instead of the Skoda Scala, we were given a Toyota Corolla at the same price and deposit as stated in the voucher. However, there was a problem with the second car, the Renault Clio: the rental company told us that it was unavailable and offered us a second Toyota Corolla instead, but for $350 (the original price was $231), and the deposit stated in the voucher for the Renault Clio was $100, while we were asked to pay $200. This situation was quite unpleasant, as we had prepared the exact amount in advance and did not need a second large car.
