You can generally be okay. Three remarks are rather harsh. But in our case they were not critical, but unpleasant. 1. Instead of Duster, we were brought a Ford Focus. Taking into account the part of dirt roads because of the low overhang of the bumper was very uneasy.2. One wheel was flat and we had to shake it once in 2-3 days. 3. I had my first encounter with Ad Blue additive..... After 80 km the computer said that after 350 km the car would not start, we had to add this very ad blue. Which we had to buy at our own expense. 4. On arrival at the airport no one was waiting for us and did not meet us.... We waited for 25 min. Although we were warned an hour and a half in advance and later. We were lucky that it was not critical, although a little nervous. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The rent is in the baggage compartment and the car is in the baggage compartment. The apartment is very convenient for renting with no problems. Of the minuses: 1. booked a Renault Clio on diesel, they gave me a Hyundai i20 on gasoline with the wording "it is better. The car is actually not bad, clean and new, and the possible replacement is prescribed in the conditions of booking, but I would still like to choose, which "better". Well, and take into account the difference in fuel costs. 2. I got a car with an empty tank. The rest of the mileage - 40 km. "The last client did it this way". Unseemly. Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. In general, and do not have to, but in such situations, rely only on yourself. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. Therefore, it is four. It may be worth to choose others, it is up to you.
Citroen C4 X in Turkey
All in all, good. However, they did not bring me a Citroen, but an Opel Crossland. Overall, it made no difference to me. The car was new and clean. Didn't cause any problems. Except that the almost empty tank at delivery is very unaccustomed. It was a little bit difficult to get together with the person who gave the car. In the first place, there were intermediate intermediaries, in the second person hardly spoke English (I ended up calling so that it was faster to agree). The contract is in Turkish, the employee who gave the car did not answer very well even with an interpreter and was in a hurry - I never realized whether my conditions for hull insurance were in line with the order or not. On the car itself - I had to pump up the wheels, good thing there is such an opportunity at gas stations. Among the unexpected surprises - summer tires in January (can I write it off to the region of issue?), which limited my choice of travel destinations (Cappadocia was canceled immediately due to snowfall). I'd also like to know in advance that you have to pay for parking at the airport (antalya) when leaving the airport. Little chance people won't have a card/liras at the moment.
