Everything went well overall, the impressions were pleasant. Some minor issues: * When meeting at the airport, we had to wait a long time for a staff member because there were several other clients from the same flight or from nearby flights. There was also confusion with the meeting place because of communication difficulties. * We received the car with the fuel level at zero and not quite clean interior (there was quite a bit of garbage). Here's what we liked: * The car was as stated, was in good technical condition. * Was able to contact in advance and get a contract to review. * Payment (by card), signing and handing over the car went well and was fully in line with expectations.

I was very satisfied with the service. I was met right at the airport. The car was excellent. We had half a tank of gas at the start. Payment was taken in cash. I didn't need a card. No complaints about your service and the car I received. Everything is great. We ordered a Renault Duster and received a brand new Renault Arcana automatic and a hybrid. Just a wonderful car. Everything went well with the car rental: we immediately got in touch with the company's representatives via WhatsApp and stayed in touch, the car was exactly what we asked for. The car was, as promised, a new 2025 year of manufacture, everything worked well. The only nuance that when booking I specified and paid for the presence of a navigator. Upon receipt of the car representatives of the company explained to us that Kia Sportage is no longer produced with separate navigation, that navigation now works exclusively from the connected phone. For us it was not a problem, as we activated esim in advance and had different spare wires for iPhones. Representatives offered us local SIM cards when we contacted each other, perhaps they intended to compensate for the lack of navigation in the car. But as we didn't need it, we don't know if these sim cards would have been free for us or we would have been asked to pay extra money for them. Otherwise, everything is fine: the car is the same, they gave it to us clearly, took it away quickly.

Sandero with a diesel engine is very good. Any kind of overtaking, mountain climbing is perfect. I didn't expect it. I specially chose not the cheapest option with payment of additional full insurance with zero deductible against any damage to the car. But when handing over the car, the receiver showed me a small scratch on the corner at the very bottom of the bumper and said he would deduct 100 dollars from the deposit. I poked my finger in the document in the words about full insurance against any damage and the amount of deduction was reduced to 50. When I asked him "why are you charging $50" he said "because you didn't report the incident to me". There was no incident and how could I report it if I only saw the scratch myself when he showed it to me. Maybe a stone hit the bumper, or when parking some curb and didn't notice it, I don't know. There was no time to argue further, I had a plane to catch. In general, 50 bucks left and this is despite the fact that in addition to rent, for additional insurance against all damages was paid 240. Thank you at least that I didn't have to wait for him, he already met me at the airport. The car was delivered with a non-working cigarette lighter socket, so there was nowhere to plug in the navigator charger. On the bottom was poorly fixed plastic dust cover, dangling all the way and already approaching the airport on the highway at a speed of 120 it was torn off and then it clattered and clung to the road. In general, diesel Dacia Sandero - 5 points. Take such a car safely - it is the best thing in the mountains, but if you do not want to be cheated for money - elsewhere. And this rental company - 1 point. Average - 3.

Ahmed and Elhoussain are very pleasent people, who provided me with a car. I was looking for a car in Morocco for a few days, and it was the best option with adequate price for a good machine and insurance. They also helped me with some cash and were very patient after my arrival at the airport, while I was searching for them. Also they were okey that I delayed return of the car for about 15-minutes, there was no rush with it.
