After that I did not have to sit at the airport all day and the car was given only in the time specified in the old voucher. I was given a completely different car -renault symbol. I returned the car after the rental in perfect condition, it was washed and even put paper mats in the cabin.I returned the car 12 hours ahead of schedule.I had to wait for the owner under the closed office and call him, although I warned in advance about the time of return.I asked to take me to the bus station, I was late for the bus, but they refused and took me only to the nearest subway stop. I gave the car cleaner than I received and for the gasoline bought with my money and time saved for the company, he could have gone to a meeting.
Hyundai i20 in Turkey
On renting a car. Used a Hyundai i20 rental and want to thank you for the clarity in time. Did not have to wait anywhere for the renter. Told/displayed everything. Showed maximum involvement on the first day of the car drop off. We were 3 adults and a child. Suitcases as a magician all laid out as neatly and quickly as possible. Very helpful. There were no complaints during the rental. There was 1 moment, but quickly got an answer. Also on the day the car was returned, the deposit was returned/car was given back. Everything was clear and to the point. I would love to return to your services in the future 👍🏻

Instead of Skoda Scala I was given a Toyota Corolla 2022. The car was received at the place where I indicated. The car had a clean interior, in good working order, with minor damage on the outside of the body. No problems during the period of use. Handed it back and a deposit was taken. The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.

Firstly, we didn't get a Dacia Duster and had to settle for a Ford Focus instead. We were told the Dacia wouldn't be available for another couple of weeks. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car wasn't new and hadn't been washed thoroughly, but that didn't matter to us considering we were going out of town. We were expecting an SUV type car as it would be more comfortable to drive on unfamiliar roads.
