In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.
Opel Corsa in Turkey
They didn't deliver an Opel, but a Renault Taliant. We paid the full price upon receipt, despite having already paid a deposit of 1,000-odd lira on your rental platform. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Please do not deceive your customers or give correct information about the car! On the site takecars.com there were cars of the same class but older by year of manufacture and these offers were cheaper, and I chose your company because the year of manufacture of the car was specified 2024, and I received a car of completely different quality.

We used a Renault Symbol car in May 2023 for 3 days. At the airport I met the manager, together with him we drove to the office, where we processed the documents and gave the car. The friendly manager told the basic rules, communicated in English and with the help of an online translator. Everything was clear. The car is clean, comfortable, everything is in order, manual transmission, no complaints. During the lease, there were no troubles, the police did not stop. We returned the car to the office early in the morning at no extra charge (we were warned in advance that we had an early flight), the same manager took us to the airport.
