The rental was great, always in touch. I received the car at Istanbul airport in 5 minutes without any problems, and gave it back there in 5 minutes as well. The only nuance I got a Renault Clio 4 generation (also 1.5 diesel), instead of Renault Clio 5 generation, but in general the terms of the lease allows such a change. Despite the fact that the Renault was not the first freshness (2019 year of release) absolutely no problems have not arisen, drove more than 800 km to the Aegean Sea and back , consumption of about 5 liters. So I rented a car of 2024 year of release, as it was stated on the website of the rental company, and received a car of 2019 year of release with a mileage of 165 thousand kilometers. The interior was heavily smoked and the driver's seat was burned with cigarettes. I spend a lot of time in the car as I travel around the area and so the condition of the car is important to me! Please do not deceive your customers or give correct information about the car! On the site takecars.com there were cars of the same class but older by year of manufacture and these offers were cheaper, and I chose your company because the year of manufacture of the car was specified 2024, and I received a car of completely different quality.

Everything went well: the representative met me at Istanbul Airport in the parking lot, he was on the phone, so it was quick to find him. The car itself was certainly not in the best shape (all defects were documented) and in minimal equipment (aux output and Bluetooth were missing, I could not put my music). On the road, the car did not let me down, even a little pleased with the low fuel consumption (1000 km on one tank passed). I rented in another city, in Antalya, I wrote the address of the office near the airport, took the car without problems and EVEN did not take money from me for travel on toll roads (and I drove half of Turkey on them). Drove me to the terminal. Rating = a solid 4+ (I took without a deposit, but with extra payment for delivery = $200+-).
