Since the vehicle was not covered by full insurance, checking and reporting any damage is a standard procedure and also an important responsibility for the renter to return the car in the same condition. However, despite the situation, we did not charge you any payment for the damage and tried to be as understanding and cooperative as possible throughout the process. Regarding the late return, we always explain our delay policy at the beginning of the rental. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance about the delay, and according to our policy, additional time is charged accordingly. We always aim to be transparent and fair with all our customers and appreciate your understanding.
