To be honest, I am very disappointed and frustrated with this rental experience. We specifically booked a newer-generation Toyota Prius through your website. However, when we arrived, the owner informed us that the vehicle we had reserved was supposedly damaged and had technical issues. Instead of providing the car we had booked, he offered us an old, worn-out Prius in poor condition. What made the situation even worse was that we were not informed about this in advance. We only found out after arriving, which left us in a very difficult position. I asked whether another vehicle could be provided or whether some kind of discount could be offered given that the replacement car was clearly inferior to the one we had booked. The owner refused both requests. As I was traveling with my wife and young child, I had very limited options at that point and was effectively forced to accept the vehicle he offered. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have looked for another rental company instead of being put in this situation upon arrival. I will attach photos of the vehicle that was actually provided so you can see its condition for yourself. Overall, I am very unhappy with how this situation was handled. The vehicle delivered was not the one we booked, there was no prior notice, no compensation, and no willingness from the owner to resolve the issue fairly.
